Intrepid Audio is run by brothers Matt and Steve out of Seattle, WA.

Matt is an electrical engineer with experience developing a wide range of products, including pro audio gear. Steve's worn a lot of hats (including this one on the left, apparently), mostly working alongside designers and engineers to create software products. We both grew up sharing a love for music and the instruments and tools that help bring creative ideas into the world.

Intrepid Audio came together in 2021 when we imagined combining our passions and skillsets to build the kind of audio gear we appreciate most: thoughtfully designed, reliable, and creatively inspiring. Since then, we've spent the past 4 years upending our lives to sketch, build, analyze, test, and refine our first device, Crossflow. We hope you enjoy it as much as we've enjoyed making it.
