Warranty

We provide a one year warranty for the original owner. This covers any manufacturing defects or electrical issues that arise from normal use. It doesn't cover modifications, abuse, using an incompatible power supply, or accidents like spills. We'll cover round-trip shipping on warranty repairs for U.S. customers.

Cancellations

Refunds for unshipped products are subject to a 3% processing fee. This covers the payment processing fee we incur with each transaction.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Customers cover return shipping and a 10% restocking fee applies. Returned products must be shipped in their original packaging and in new condition, subject to our discretion. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Repairs

Out-of-warranty repairs may be available at a reasonable cost for parts and labor. Submit a support request form below and we'll provide an estimate.
